Full-Time Dental Receptionist - Private Dental Clinic Pay: £28,000-£32,000 Hours: Full-time, permanent Location: Beaconsfield About the Role We are an established private dental clinic offering a wide range of specialist and cosmetic treatments, including implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, hygiene therapy, restorative dentistry, and complex multidisciplinary care. We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients Managing a busy diary using Dentally software Handling phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries Coordinating appointments, treatment plans, and payment processes Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks Maintaining an organised and professional reception environment Ensuring a smooth, high-quality patient journey What We're Looking For Confident communicator with a personable, professional manner Emotionally resilient and able to stay calm under pressure Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email systems) Proactive and able to use initiative High attention to detail and pride in your work Previous dental reception experience Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages Why Join Us?
