Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of Shopify stores.
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in ecommerce. You will help ensure our websites are accurate, well merchandised and deliver a strong customer experience, while supporting campaigns, product launches and ongoing trading activity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the management of multiple Shopify stores
• Assisting with product uploads and maintaining product data
• Updating website content for campaigns and promotions
• Supporting onsite merchandising, including collections and navigation
• Supporting onsite SEO best practice
• Identifying usability improvements to enhance the customer journey
• Assisting with ecommerce reporting and administration
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience working with Shopify
• Understanding of ecommerce merchandising principles
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Experience with product setup and content management
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing tasks across multiple websites
