ERP FINANCE CONSULTANT, Home based.
My client is looking for a CIMA qualified ERP Finance Consultant to work on various client projects including specification and selections, system reviews and general support of ERP implementation, upgrade and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include but not be limited to:
Consultant
* Lead discovery workshops to gather information on client requirements
* Own the delivery and ensure the quality of simple, clear and client focussed gaps and opportunities reports
* Maintain an overview of the client’s complete solution requirements and liaise with other colleagues as required
* Act as client project manager as required
* Create and maintain appropriate trackers at various stages of a project
* Provide implementation go-live support as required
* Liaise with the client, colleagues and management team
* Support colleagues as required including knowledge transfer and deputising in their absence
* Represent the business to its clients in a professional manner, whilst seeking out opportunities for further revenue
* Attend and participate in weekly internal project and team meetings.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* CIMA qualified
* Functional experience of finance within the manufacturing and/or supply chain sector
* Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and develop relationships at all levels, from team members to board members, both internally and externally
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Competency in M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Exemplary time management skills
* Management of allocated tasks across multiple client/business obligations
* Capable of prioritising activities in order to meet the needs of our customers
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Ability to travel to client sites as and when needed.
Nice to have:
* Degree
* Formal consultancy or training qualifications
* ERP solution implementation skills and experience where relevant.
