Due to our continued expansion we are seeking highly skilled mobile Support Managers and Vehicle Technicians to assist with the development of the Mr Clutch network.
You must be willing to travel (vehicle supplied) and be a qualified or experienced vehicle technician. These positions are an excellent prospect for those wishing to further their careers.
Mobile Support Staff are pivotal to our success, with many of our current Support staff having worked their way up through the ranks and built long term careers with us. We have Support roles in nearly every aspect of the business and they provide exceptional cover in specific regions as Support Managers or Support Vehicle Technicians/MOT Testers. You will need to be an experienced and qualified (or time served) Vehicle Technician with a valid driving licence who is confident in their ability to deliver a first class service to customers and colleagues alike. Our hands-on Support Managers are required to assist with the development of our brand within a specific region. A vehicle will be provided.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
* Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and related legislation at all times
* To provide cover at any given branch within a specific region.
* Promote and maintain the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering outstanding customer service
* Maximise volume and profit opportunities for given Autocentre ensuring that financial targets are met
* Co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required
* Maintaining effective communication and motivation amongst Autocentre staff.
* Ensuring that organisational objectives and vision are understood by all.
* Communicate effectively with customers and company departments
* Assist the Regional Manager and HR Department with the recruitment and selection of new employees.
* Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
* Maintain standards of property and housekeeping
