About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments
* Supporting with inbox management and correspondence
* Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
