My client is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to grow their sizeable Commercial Property team into larger markets. Based in Hampshire their Commercial Property team do a mix of work, with most of the work undertaken by the team falling into four main categories; Strategic Land, Regeneration / Mixed Use, Education and Property Companies. The focus of the role will be to work as part of the development team to target three specialist sub-sectors; build to rent, student accommodation and retirement living, in order to expand the team's practice areas beyond its already strong base.
