More about your role As a Neighbourhood Warden, you'll be a visible and trusted presence across a patch our schemes in Huntingdonshire. Your focus will be on making sure our communities are safe, well-maintained and feel like places people are proud to call home. You'll carry out regular health and safety checks, support communal maintenance, and respond quickly to issues such as fly-tipping, graffiti or abandoned vehicles. Working closely with Community Housing Managers, you'll help ensure estates and blocks meet compliance standards and that customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience. You'll play an active part in engaging residents, promoting community initiatives, and working with partner organisations to help our places thrive. Through your everyday actions, you'll demonstrate our People Promises and show a genuine commitment to improving life for our customers. More about you You'll be someone who cares deeply about people and communities, with a proactive, hands-on approach to keeping neighbourhoods safe and welcoming. You'll bring experience from a customer-focused role and a good understanding of how housing issues impact people's lives. You'll need a full driving licence and confidence using Microsoft Office systems, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers, including those who may be vulnerable. Experience in a community-based role and working with partner agencies would be a real advantage.
