Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead two small, person-centred residential homes supporting adults with complex behavioural needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
With a total of 8 residents across both settings, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape a supportive and inclusive environment — one where people are empowered to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Need:
* Experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally within similar services (LD, autism, complex mental health)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
* A strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding responsibilities
* Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
* A calm, solutions-focused approach to managing behaviours of concern

* Leading and supporting teams to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks
* Developing individualised support plans and safeguarding protocols
* Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and local partners
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for all residents
* Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
* Contributing to strategic service development and best practice initiatives
