Are you interested in an exciting opportunity to apply your problem-solving and sceptical mindset to a commercially focused situation, providing real-time added value to our clients and taking on your next career challenge? As an Assistant Manager within our Revenue Share & Royalty Audit service line team, you will be directly exposed to the commercial workings of industries such as film & TV, intellectual property, and pharmaceuticals. You will work closely with operational, finance, and legal teams at our clients and third parties, across different global territories and languages, providing tailored contract-compliance procedures.
There’s also opportunity for international travel.
As an Assistant Manager, your role will focus on three core areas:
1. Working with major Global Film & TV Producers and Studios on licensee reviews, royalty audits, and production cost certifications.
2. Collaborating with recognized Brands and Intellectual Property Owners to maximize value from their IP through core business and merchandising programs.
3. Supporting multinational Pharmaceutical companies in reviewing complex commercial agreements to ensure contractual entitlements and manage risks.

Candidate requirements:
The minimum criteria include a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA). Additional skills that are desirable include:
* Experience in developing work plans and testing approaches for complex challenges.
* Project management skills, including providing updates to clients and third parties.
* Understanding of complex contractual terms and their business implications.
* Awareness of engagement economics, quality, and commercial excellence.
* Experience challenging evidence and demonstrating professional scepticism.
* Ability to prepare audit reports for senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency with audit software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
* Experience handling data and data analytics.
