Internationally recognised engineering and programme management organisation, seeks a proven project controls professional to join their team as PMO Manager / PMO Lead. This exciting opportunity will see you shape and lead a small PMO team (up to six people), ensuring effective oversight, reporting, governance, and delivery support across a portfolio of lower‑value but fast‑moving projects. The successful candidate will help embed new processes and ways of working, bringing structure, consistency and clarity to project delivery while maintaining a pragmatic, fit‑for‑purpose approach. They must be comfortable operating in a high‑throughput environment and balancing multiple priorities.
