Your newpany A leading education sector organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and delivering high‑quality reporting.
Your new role You will be taking on a key role reporting to the Head of Finance;
1. You'll be leading the transactional finance teams.
2. Producing monthly financial reporting.
3. Overseeing banking and cashflow.
4. Supporting central finance with statutory and year-end accounting.
5. Support system/process improvements.
6. Prepare audit files.
7. Analysing and driving key KPIs
What you'll need to succeed
8. Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/overseas equivalent).
9. Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
10. Strong month‑end and statutory experience.
11. Excellent systems capability and strong Excel skills.
