You’ll manage the team at our 24/7 Female Scheme, ensuring that everyone has the right support, training, and tools to work independently and confidently. You’ll make sure that customers receive the right support to maintain their tenancy and develop positive relationships with other customers and the community. You will also be required to manage additional schemes at different times as required.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of Concrete’s 24/7 accommodation services, including building management and security.
* Lead recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff, ensuring they are supported and trained.
* Conduct regular property inspections, including daily room checks, weekly alarm tests, and fire drills.
* Manage referrals to the scheme, working with external agencies through multi-agency panels.
* Lead regular house meetings with residents and staff, ensuring the voice of lived experience is heard and acted upon.
* Ensure case notes are recorded accurately on the Housing Management System.
Candidate Requirements
* A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience in Housing Management.
* Willingness to work towards CIH membership.
* Strong self-awareness, self-management skills, and professionalism.
* Business acumen and commercial awareness.
* Full UK driving license and access to a car, with the ability to travel.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
* DBS check clearance.
