Overview:
This is a fast paced role, supporting the Service Manager and our team of engineers, scheduling both planned and reactive visits, invoicing, day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the engineering team and much more. Excellent communication is a must have along with a calm, proactive, can-do attitude, seeing tasks through to completion.
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* IT literacy, particularly MS Office. Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Very strong organisational skills, including multitasking, attention to detail, time and diary management.
* Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role, ideally within an Engineering environment.
* The ability to work on their own, as well as with the wider team.
