Were looking for an experiencedWiring Assembly Operativeto support a busy and growing production team in Banbury. Youll play a key part in assembling and wiring components to exact specifications, ensuring every product leaves the workshop with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities
* Assemble and wire components to specification

* Maintain outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Work efficiently to meet production schedules

* Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace

Requirements
* Proven experience in wiring and component assembly

* Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity

* Ability to work dayshift MondayFriday

* Proactive team player with a reliable work ethic
