Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Technical Coordinator for the Anglian Water @One Alliance, which is investing £2.3 billion in AMP8 to innovate water infrastructure and sustainability.
Role Overview
As a Technical Coordinator, you'll support technical delivery within the Water Recycling team, producing and coordinating schedules and administration throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work cross-functionally, gaining knowledge of processes and supporting teams to improve efficiency and synergy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation of presentations, reports, and land entry notices by liaising with teams and organizations.
* Assist engineers with public relations communications to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Help scope survey requirements, liaise with the Survey Co-ordination Team, and monitor carbon usage, identifying reduction opportunities.
* Support Technical Managers with administrative tasks, including customer surveys and team updates.
* Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
* Collaborate with other Coordinators to promote knowledge sharing.
Skills, Experience, and Behaviours
Applicants should have experience taking responsibility for outputs, working collaboratively, and possess strong administrative, organizational, and IT skills. A passion for developing a career in engineering and a proactive attitude are essential. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships is valued.
