The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join the team in their friendly Seaford office.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will support their teams, for example by:
* Providing excellent customer service to all telephone callers and visitors to the offices.
* Processing all incoming telephone calls including logging calls and conveying messages.
* Providing telephone support to Partners and staff members.
* Organising Deeds and Wills retained in the strong room and accurately recording them on the Firm's CMS.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
* Undertaking clerical and administrative duties.
* Securing the confidentiality and security of the Firm's client documentation and information.
* Organising and ordering of office stationery.
* Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
