Working for Primeline Express in our Mallusk depot Customer Service Agent Logistics The Role We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent to join our growing logistics operation. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role where you will act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a smooth and professional service across our network. Working closely with internal teams and external transport partners, you will play a key part in resolving issues, maintaining service levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, structured environment, with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset. What Youll Be Doing Handle customer queries via telephone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally Liaise with transport, warehouse and operations teams to resolve delivery queries Record and investigate delivery issues, shortages and discrepancies using internal systems Ensure all Proofs of Delivery (PODs) are returned in line with agreed service levels Complete customer booking requests and communicate details to relevant teams Support month-end reporting and administrative processes Produce and issue logistics reports to depots and ensure timely responses Maintain accurate documentation and support the wider team with admin duties What Were Looking For Previous experience in customer service, logistics or administration (desirable) Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to support team requirements when needed What Youll Get in Return Competitive salary (benchmark aligned to NI market) Generous annual leave entitlement Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable, secure role within a growing organisation Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities About Us Primeline is a leading provider of logistics, sales and marketing services, operating across Ireland and the UK.
