Sysco GB is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Consultant to join our Talent (Learning) & Development team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting into the Talent & Development Business Partner.
This role involves designing and delivering innovative learning initiatives aligned with our business strategy. You will collaborate with the Talent & Development Team, HR Partners, and business leaders, particularly in our Commercial function, to implement impactful blended learning solutions that enhance skills and foster positive organizational change.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Commercial Partnership: Partner with the commercial function to identify learning needs and respond effectively, aligned with business priorities.
* Learning Solutions: Consult, scope, design, and implement blended learning solutions across Sysco GB, focusing on embedding and evaluating learning outcomes. Work closely with the T&D Leadership Team and HR to develop plans that improve capabilities and promote behavioral change.
* Strategy Execution: Translate Talent & Development strategic priorities into practical, measurable outcomes.
* Programme Management: Lead large-scale learning programs, such as leadership development and core skills training, and measure their impact and engagement.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business units and the Talent (Learning) & Development team to ensure seamless service delivery, share best practices, and identify new opportunities.
About you:
You should have proven experience in learning and development, from needs analysis to evaluation, preferably in a commercial or sales environment. Strong consultancy skills, stakeholder influencing at all levels, and experience managing large programs are essential. Knowledge of learning design and creating engaging blended solutions (virtual, face-to-face, e-content) is required. You should be well-organized, attentive to detail, capable of working efficiently under pressure, and innovative in your approach to solutions.
