Temporary Full-Time | On-Site 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday. Immediate start available. Starting on a temporary basis initially with the possibility of a permanent role.

This Administration role is a hands‑on Immediate Temporary role at this busy Engineering company supplying the F1 industry based in Brackley. It is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in accuracy, and brings a calm, organised approach to every task and is not phased by being busy.
Responsibilities
* Purchasing & Procurement: Managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and keeping records up to date and accurate.
* Invoicing & Accounts Support: Using Sage to process purchase and sales invoices with precision and timeliness.
* Production Support: Assisting with production paperwork and order management when needed.
* Office Administration: Keeping the office organised, tidy, and running efficiently – from filing to general housekeeping.
* Team Support: Jumping in to help wherever needed to keep daily operations flowing.
Qualifications
* Worked in an office administration or a similar role.
* Confidence using Sage or comparable accounting software.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to carry out multiple tasks.
* A sharp eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
