Role: Inbound Warehouse Manager
As an Inbound Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the receiving, picking, and replenishment operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimising workflow. What We Offer

* The starting salary for this role is £30,564 per annum, based on skills and experience.
* 39 hours per week, working 5 days including evenings and alternate weekends. Mostly days, with occasional night shifts between 10pm and 6am, as the operation is 24 hours.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
* Implement improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance customer and co-worker experience.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goods availability and order fulfilment at optimal cost.
* Ensure compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, procedures, regulations, and legislation related to health, safety, security, and environment.
* Coach, develop, and inspire the Fulfilment Operations team, supporting diversity, inclusion, well-being, and succession planning.
