* Drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards and structured maintenance systems
* Support capital projects, plant upgrades and refurbishment activities
* Collaborate closely with operations, quality, safety and procurement teams

About You

You are a confident engineering manager who leads from the front. You bring experience from a manufacturing, minerals or milling environment, with strong technical capability and excellent organisational discipline.

* Experience within heavy industrial or processing environments
* Strong SAP / CMMS knowledge and robust back‑office management skills
* Budget and cost control experience
