The Shared OSS Service Assurance & Management Lead is accountable for the integration of the Service Assurance and Service Management platforms between VodafoneThree and VMO2 under the Beacon sharing agreement.
The role owns the development and maintenance of all technical artefacts related to this integration and is responsible for assessing both inbound and outbound demand to determine impact, define required transformations, and translate requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Acting as a key integration authority within the OSS domain, the Lead engages internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of agreed outcomes to scope, budget, time, and quality. The position also builds and prioritises the 18-month technical roadmap, strengthening domain expertise and ensuring long-term strategic alignment.
The role requires strong relationship management to maintain delivery performance, ensure contractual compliance, and realise business value. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the Lead supports the successful execution of network initiatives while managing senior stakeholders and coordinating internal and external communications to drive transparency, alignment, and achievement of strategic objectives.
