Company Commercial Solicitor (Head of Department), 8+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £80,000+ (DOE) - This is more than a technical legal role. THE ROLE
* As Head of Company Commercial, youll have the autonomy to drive the department forward while being supported by a collaborative leadership team that values fresh ideas and entrepreneurial thinking
* Youll work with a diverse client base, from ambitious start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established companies requiring strategic legal advice on their most important commercial decisions
* Alongside your client work, youll have the opportunity to influence the future of the team—developing people, enhancing services, and helping the firm strengthen its presence in the local business community
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial matters
* A natural ability to win work and develop long-term client relationships
* Experience leading or mentoring colleagues and supporting team development
* Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
* A collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service
