Your new role Reporting to a senior member of the compliance and health & safety function, you will play a key role in maintaining the organisation's Integrated Management System and supporting day-to-day office operations. Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with internal staff and external service providers to coordinate facilities and office management activities. Maintaining and updating the organisation's Integrated Management System to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and compliant. Reviewing accreditation requirements and preparing internal documentation, questionnaires, and procedures to meet audit standards. Coordinating internal audits, assisting with external audit visits, and managing evidence collation and action tracking. Providing general administrative support to teams across the business. Identifying opportunities to refine and improve internal systems and processes. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you should have: A relevant qualification in business administration, office management, quality management, or health & safety (desirable but not essential). Experience or training related to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001-Lead/Internal Auditor training would be advantageous. Strong understanding of document control, audit processes, and compliance frameworks. Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and support multiple stakeholders.
