Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Newcastle. You'll work alongside experienced teachers, support students in their learning, and develop the core skills needed for a future in education.
What This Role Can Offer:

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping students stay engaged, focused and confident in their learning
* Adapting tasks to support different abilities and learning needs
* Building positive, professional relationships with students and staff
* Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects
