Description Job Title: Office Coordinator Location: Manchester Department: Facilities Hours: 8am to 6pm working on a shift rota basis (35 hours a week) Full flexibility is required, with some overtime outside of these hours possible for events Reports to: Workplace Manager About the Role: We're looking for a proactive, client-focused Office Coordinator to join our Facilities team in Manchester. You’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding workplace services, ensuring smooth daily operations across post and print services, reception, events, and client hospitality. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude who thrives in a dynamic professional environment and is committed to delivering a 5-star experience to clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day office services including reprographics, mail, courier and porterage Support front-of-house operations: reception, catering, AV and concierge services Oversee Workplace Assistants and liaise with third-party service providers Manage document distribution, archiving and print requests Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and workplace procedures Provide key administrative support including rota planning, stock control, and data reporting Act as deputy to the Workplace Manager when required What We’re Looking For: Experience in a facilities, customer service or professional services environment Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A client-first mindset with high attention to detail Confident using PC-based systems; adaptable and solution-oriented Why Join Us?
