7. Greeting visitors and clients
8. Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
9. Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
10. Maintaining files, databases, and records
11. Ordering office supplies
12. Booking travel or meeting rooms
13. Handling data entry and spreadsheets
14. Supporting HR or finance admin tasks like invoices or staff records
