Job Description
About the role:
We are currently looking to recruit an administrator for out busy production department within Gas Turbines. This is a permanent position.
The Administrator will be responsible for carrying out any administrative duties relating to work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.
Primary responsibilities
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
* General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning & archiving
* Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
* Update and utilise company systems – electronic and paper based
* Work with shared Microsoft functions
* Open and process of IPF / MDR work orders as required
* Produce paperwork required for New Manufacture Goods / PO Acknowledgements, Certification etc for all shipping files
* Create/produce job cards for Production in a timely manner to ensure smooth flow of workload
* Navigate information within D365 to support shipping
* Provide support to team members within department
* Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualification to minimum SVQ level 3 in admin related discipline
* Sound working knowledge of MS Office package
* Relevant administration experience is advantageous
