An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join Therapy Services in the post of Assistant Service Manager. This post is based at Royal Free hospital, Hampstead site.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to provide effective organisational and administrative support across a wide range of responsibilities.
The post holder will play and key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the service. Duties will include managing temporary staff payments, coordinating meeting invites and producing accurate minutes, supporting with oversight and recruitment of Therapy Assistants and delivering new starter inductions. The role also involves working closely with senior management and clinical leads to support the ongoing development of the service.
We are seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to embrace change as and when required. The successful candidate will be able to use their initiative when dealing with situations, demonstrate strong organisational ability and maintain a professional and supportive approach in all aspects of their work.
