? Role Overview
Position : Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
Location : Central & Greater London (within M25)
Type : Permanent, Full-Time (8am-5pm)
Salary : £50,000 - £55,000/year
Call-Out Rota : 1 in 7 weeks (24/7/365 service)
? Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain and service commercial and domestic gas systems.
*
Troubleshoot heating, hot/cold water systems.
*
Handle faults involving pumps, BMS, expansion vessels, and valves.
*
Provide support across trades where needed.
*
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
? Requirements
Essential :
*
Strong understanding of commercial/domestic appliances and heating systems.
*
Excellent fault-finding ability.
*
Commercial gas qualifications (TPCP1 & TPCP1A minimum).
*
Gas Safe registration.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
*
Confident using a tablet or PDA.
Desirable :
*
Oil qualifications (salary enhancement offered).
*
Knowledge of electrical controls and fixed systems.
*
Experience with BMS and pressure systems.
