Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:Website & UX

3. Own website performance and user journey optimisation
4. Lead CRO initiatives and manage content updates
5. Build new pages and landing pages
6. Oversee external developers for fixes, features, and maintenance

Email & Campaigns

7. Plan and execute email campaigns and automated flows
8. Track performance against KPIs and report on results
9. Align campaigns with business priorities and cross-functional initiatives

SEO & Local Search

10. Optimise site copy, metadata, and internal linking
11. Create SEO landing pages and blog content
12. Manage business listings and local SEO best practices

Social & Paid Media

13. Support content creation for Facebook and Instagram (posts, stories, video)
14. Repurpose PR and brand stories into paid campaigns
15. Promote events through targeted social ads

Reputation & Reviews

16. Manage and respond to customer reviews across platforms
17. Report on sentiment and trends to inform strategy
18. Support internal teams in achieving review goals

The Successful Applicant

About You:

19. Degree in marketing, digital, or a related field or 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
20. Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
21. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and brand-building skills.
22. Excellent communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
23. Confident using CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
24. Solid understanding of SEO best practices, local search optimisation, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
25. Experience with social media ad platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.

26. An annual salary of £40000 to £50000 per annum, based on experience.
27. 25 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays).
