The Role We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects across the UK, specialising in retail environments, bars, and restaurants. This role requires someone who can take full responsibility for delivery - ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, coordination, site management, and handover. Oversee programmes, budgets, procurement and site resources. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and risk management. Build strong relationships with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Travel nationwide to manage projects as required. What We're Looking For Proven track record managing fit-out projects in retail, hospitality, or leisure. Strong commercial awareness - able to manage budgets, variations, and costs effectively. Hands-on approach, with ability to motivate site teams and work collaboratively. Knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, and H&S legislation. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
