Team Leader, Work & Wellbeing\n\nSheffield, S1\n\nPermanent – 37 hours x4 roles\n\n£35,078 pro rata\n\nDue to recent expansion, we are delighted to be recruiting additional Team Leader’s to join our Work and Wellbeing Department across various projects that include Pathways to Work, Good Work and WorkWell!\n\nMore about the role: For our perfect candidate, we are offering a flexible role, working in a caring and friendly team, with a great package of benefits.\n\nWe are seeking determined Team Leaders to drive performance and deliver a high quality employment support service to our customers. In this role you will oversee the day to day operations of a team, ensuring staff are supported, key performance indicators are met and our customers receive the best possible service. The Team Leader will work collaboratively with partners, businesses and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes for our customers.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * Lead, manage and support a team of Employment Specialists and Health at Work Coaches\n\n * Drive performance to achieve key objectives and service outcomes\n\n * Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support professional development\n\n * Develop and implement strategies that drive improvement\n\n * Ensure compliance with relevant policies, behaviours and funding requirements\n\n * Analyse data and report on key performance indictors\n\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and partners\n\n * Uphold SYHA behaviours and values.\n\nWe encourage you to explore our projects online and get in touch if you have any questions!\n\nWho you are:\n\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following:\n\n * Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to stay well and achieve in their role\n\n * An excellent understanding of employment support and the local labour market\n\n * The ability to drive improvement through focused performance management\n\n * Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders\n\n * A non-judgemental approach with a genuine belief that people with a health condition or experiencing disadvantage can find and sustain paid employment\n\n * A positive mindset, able to handle setbacks and challenges, and a commitment to working in a strengths-based way\n\n * Be willing to work across South Yorkshire as required.\n\nOur wider benefits:\n\n * Salary £35,078 pro rata\n\n * Generous holiday entitlement – 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays plus an additional 4 SYHA days, pro rata.\n\n * Pension contribution\n\n * Excellent flexible working options including Flexi Time, Condensed Hours, Part Time, and Job Share.\n\n * Excellent benefits including:\n\n * SYHA Rewards - employee discount scheme, which offers cash back and shopping discounts.
