Purposeof the job
Weare seeking a skilled Tableau Administrator to join our team. Inorder to develop and structure a robust BI support and servicemanagement model this role will be pivotal in creating a frameworkfor managing user access. Moreover the position will encompass thestreamlining and automation of license management processes forTableau users. This includes a focus on selfservice capabilitiesuser adoption and optimization strategies to foster scalability atthe organizational level.
Integral to the role isthe provision of technical support during downtimes and closecollaboration with the business to design and implement efficientincident management processes.
Additionally theTableau Administrator will concentrate on generating valuableinsights and reports informing content decisions and optimizingoverall performance through the adept development of insightfuldashboards.
KeyResponsibilities
* Management and Optimisation of Tableau Cloud
* Security Model Role Based and Column Based Securityimplementation
* Access and LicenseManagement
* Develop and structure BI supportand service management model (CMMI ITIL DatOps)
* Tuning and Optimization of BI platforms
* Develop new tableau capabilities Mobile/ Pulse
* Develop complex Admin Insights BI Dashboards tounderstand usage and user adoption identifying possible misuse ofdata
* BI Content Optimisation and Usability andSelfService improvement
* Migration of legacyassets into new environment (refactor existing reports to use newplatform)
* Collaborate with data leaders todefine BI strategies data integrations and roadmaps
* Ensure data governance and security standards aremaintained.
* The abilityto work independently and proactively drive change
* Support the organization in designing a user trainingprogram for using visualization and business intelligence toolssuch asTableau
Knowledgeskills and experiencerequired:
Essential
* Experience in Tableau features andcapabilities
* Tableau AdminCertification
* Technical proficiency inSQL
* Extensive experience with AWS services forBI and data analytics
* Proven ability tointeract effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong Project Management skills and the ability to driveBI initiatives strategically.
