About The Role
DEPARTMENT: Client Delivery - Content Team

DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
PACKAGE: Up to £32,000 DOE+Benefits

In This Role, You Will
* Lead content delivery across multiple client accounts, including planning, production, publishing and performance tracking.
* Align with SEO teams to develop search-informed content plans that support visibility across Search and LLMs.
* Collaborate with Account Managers and client stakeholders to meet project objectives and content requirements.
* Brief and oversee content delivery, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards and objectives.
* Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across content to ensure consistency, accuracy and performance alignment.
* Manage content calendars, workflows and publishing schedules to maintain delivery momentum.
* Contribute to performance reporting, identifying insights, blockers and opportunities across projects.
* Support collaboration with Digital PR on content initiatives that contribute to backlink and visibility strategies.
* Use internal systems to manage tasks, track progress and maintain clear project visibility.
* Contribute to AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and content quality.
The Person
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of content delivery, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards across multiple projects.
You’ll be comfortable working across teams, contributing to both planning and execution and using data and feedback to improve outcomes.

* The ability to manage multiple content projects at different stages, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce and review content to a high standard.
* Clear and adaptable communication, suited to different audiences including clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
* A structured approach to planning and organisation, using tools and processes to support delivery.
* A proactive approach to identifying challenges and working towards practical solutions.
* A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work and project outcomes.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with SEO, Digital PR and Account teams to deliver aligned results.
* Confidence using performance data and insights to inform content decisions and improvements.
* A willingness to learn, adapt and develop, particularly in areas such as AI and evolving search practices.

Required Criteria
* Experience in a content-focused role within a digital marketing or agency environment.
* A strong understanding of SEO-led content and its role in wider digital marketing performance.
* Experience contributing to or managing content projects, including planning, delivery and performance tracking.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams such as SEO, PR or Account Management.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Experience using CMS platforms and managing publishing workflows.
* The ability to manage your time and workload effectively across multiple priorities.
* An interest in, or experience using, AI tools to support content production and workflows.
Desired Criteria
Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary.
