Pay Rates: £12.20 - £14.11
Information the Role: Successful candidates will be offered an Ad Hoc work which shifts will be offered when they become available. The shift patterns can vary between the hours 7:00 till 22:00 and 22:00 till 7:00.
What you will be doing:
1. Follow care and support plans for each service user and tenant with respect and dignity.
2. Promote living independently by maintaining good health, hygiene and personal care e.g. dressing, washing, shaving, going to the toilet.
3. Accessing work, education or training.
4. Enjoying leisure time, activities and cultural beliefs in the community.
5. Keeping in touch with family and friends and making new friends.
6. Carry out or assist with domestic cleaning, cooking and shopping tasks as instructed.
7. Assist with the provision of medication as directed.
8. Provide up to date information to maintain service user records as required.
9. Assist in delivery of clients who may present behavioural challenges.
10. Use IT systems to record information and correspond with team and stakeholders.
