As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our close-knit team at Park School, located in Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what really matters - creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils.
Responsibilities
* Teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning styles.
* Design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons that capture imagination and inspire progress.
* Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues to ensure every child\'s needs are met.
* Contribute to pupils\' social, emotional, and personal development, not just their academic outcomes.
* Play a key role in maintaining our strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils feel safe, respected, and supported at every step.
* Be part of an environment where pupil voice matters - our learners are actively involved in their education and encouraged to make choices about their learning journey.

Qualifications
* A degree-level qualification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
* A commitment to raising outcomes for children with additional needs
* Enthusiasm, resilience, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
