This role involves planning and coordinating visits for the Technical Support team to cruise line clients, managing travel logistics, liaising with clients, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate operational records. Key Responsibilities Visit & Travel Coordination Plan and schedule vessel visits (day visits and sailings) for the Technical Support team. Maintain and regularly update the vessel visit log, ensuring proactive management of upcoming visits.
