What youll do
* Assist in producing monthly management accounts, KPIs, and weekly reports for internal stakeholders.
* Perform analytical reviews of P&L, reconcile balance sheets, and manage VAT/statutory submissions.
* Process weekly wages and oversee sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control operations.
* Support costing and margin analysis, including data maintenance in Siteline/Factorytrack.
* Drive financial process improvements, internal audits, and cost‑efficiency initiatives across departments
About you
* Proven experience supporting monthly management and statutory accounts preparation.
* Strong analytical skills with a background in balance sheet reconciliations and KPI reporting.
* Familiarity with payroll processing, credit control, and financial compliance tasks.
* Experience collaborating with operational teams such as Supply Chain or Production.
* Hands‑on involvement in product costing, system maintenance, and internal financial audits.
