Overview
As a Band 6 clinician the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) provides the ideal environment for you to expand your existing skills. This service is aimed at offering early intervention to children and young people experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties. MHST's main therapeutic approach is Low Intensity CBT via 1:1 or group work within an education setting.

Responsibilities
As a registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist OR a registered Low Intensity CBT practitioner (EMHP or CWP) you will work in educational settings supporting children, young people, their families and carers to promote best practice. In addition, you will provide clinical supervision and line management to EMHPs and CWPs in the service.
Candidates must evidence in their application that they have completed Low Intensity Supervisor Training (LIST) or are currently undertaking this course.
