Learning Support and High Needs Administrator (2025/LM095)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Learner Support & High Needs Administrator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for the coordination of EHCP processes, High Needs funding administration and the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of EHCP processes
  • Support the administration of High Needs funding
  • Assistwith communication with Local Authorities, councils and external agencies
  • Maintainaccuraterecords,databasesand filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, updatediariesand coordinate room bookings
  • Support the organisation of annual review meetings and SEND-related meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the department, including managing correspondence and responding to emails
  • Support data collection and administrative processesrequiredfor funding,reviewsand reporting
  • Take minutes, write up meetingnotesand circulate actions asrequired.
