Key responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services
* Maintain high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
* Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise waste
* Train, mentor, and develop junior team members
* Take full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
