Are you passionate about helping people turn their lives around?
Youll be working at a pioneering ex-offender project unlike anything you've seen before. The programme combines wellness activities like meditation, CBT, cooking skills, table tennis, and outdoor walks with practical support such as job search assistance, CV writing, self-employment sessions, and confidence-building workshops all designed to support participants' journeys toward a better future.
In this role, you will deliver one-to-one coaching and support sessions, starting with an action plan tailored to each individual. Your ongoing sessions will focus on helping clients set and achieve goals across key areas including healthcare, education, employment, and wellness. In addition to 1:1 support, you'll also lead small group workshops covering the projects core activities.
Full training is provided, both online and in-person, including shadowing an experienced colleague for 24 weeks.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a tangible difference. However, youll need to be confident with administrative work, as detailed recording and tracking of outcomes is essential.
