Rowlands Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at the Hartley Brook Road branch. This branch is staffed with an experienced team, including 7 qualified healthcare partners and an ACPT 1 day per week, serving a busy community with approximately 10,000 items dispensed monthly. The branch utilizes Medipac robotic distribution technology, allowing more time for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with regulations
* Lead and support a team of pharmacy staff, providing training and guidance
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and ethically
* Offer medication counseling and support to patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory
* Provide immunization services where applicable
* Advise on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
Minimum Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Strong commitment to patient safety and care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* Flexible, positive, and proactive problem-solving approach
