If you're reliable, naturally caring, and passionate about providing great, person-centred care, then this might be the project for you. Core duties will include assisting with meal and shopping planning, calendar management, diary keeping, some implementation, personal hygiene and care planning and routines, assisting where needed, also medication administration, other personal care, liaising with key support workers, medics, utilities, banks, and other service providers, and general home and domestic budget and organisational management.
