As part of a highly experienced team, the Massage Therapist will provide restorative, bespoke treatments that support both physical recovery and mental balance, contributing to an elevated, holistic client experience. Location: Westbourne Grove, London Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, including weekends Rate: From £30 per treatment (dependent on experience) Some Front-of-house duties Reporting to the Operations Manager and Client Success Manager, the Massage Therapist will deliver exceptional client care and support the daily flow of studio operations, ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Treatment & Client Care Deliver a range of specialist massage and stretch therapies with exceptional skill and professionalism. Tailor each treatment to the client’s specific needs, from recovery and relaxation to mobility and alignment. Maintain accurate client notes and uphold confidentiality and data protection standards. Provide aftercare advice, recommend follow-up sessions, and support ongoing client wellbeing. Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to a luxury spa standard before and after every appointment. Front-of-House Support When not in treatment, the therapist will contribute to the front-of-house experience, helping to ensure smooth daily operations: Welcome and check in clients with warmth, professionalism, and care. Manage bookings, process payments, and assist with product or package sales. Support the team in maintaining an organised, calm, and premium studio environment. Uphold brand standards across presentation, service, and communication. Professional Standards Represent the brand’s values of excellence, integrity, and wellbeing at all times. Ensure treatment products, equipment, and linens are properly maintained and well-stocked. Participate in team training, meetings, and brand immersion sessions. Support client events and community activations when required. The Person Essential Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in massage or bodywork. Recognised qualification in one or more of the following: Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, or equivalent. Valid professional liability insurance. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and holistic wellness principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a nurturing and professional manner. Reliable, punctual, and confident in managing their own schedule within a team framework. Must be over 18 and legally eligible to work in the UK. Desirable Experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or high-end hospitality environment. Ability to offer multiple therapy styles or specialised treatments (e.g. lymphatic drainage or assisted stretch).
