Role Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain a clean and tidy working environment, working within the groups COSHH guidelines and ensuring that all relevant Health and Safety requirements are met.
2. Ensure that companywide policies and procedures are adhered to wherever and whenever appropriate.
3. Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role, and any specific requirements of your line and departmental management.
4. To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team / sponsors.
5. To carry out any other reasonable duties as defined by the Project Management Team Lead.
6. To display and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct whilst representing the company ensuring that any task assigned to you is completed thoroughly and to the highest standard.
7. To understand and respect the confidentiality of Company Intellectual Property, Assets, Procedures and Operational Structure at all times.
Requirements for the role:
8. Project planning utilising MS Project or other core planning tools
9. Understanding of ICE key components and F1 program requirements (desired)
10. To always work in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department/team/sponsors
