* Lead and manage SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice
* Identify and assess students with SEND and develop individual education plans (IEPs)
* Provide guidance and training to staff on SEND strategies and differentiation
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals, including educational psychologists and therapists
* Monitor and track progress of SEND students and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
* Manage SEND resources and support staff deployment
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records
* Support safeguarding and pastoral care systems for vulnerable students
* Contribute to leadership meetings and whole-school development planning
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recognised SENDCo qualification (e.g., National Award for SEND Coordination)
* Experience working with children with SEND
* Strong understanding of SEND legislation and guidance
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to support and inspire staff in inclusive teaching practices
