As Principal EIA Consultant, you will take a leading role in the delivery of high-profile EIA projects for major development and infrastructure clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and support EIA projects from initial concept through to submission Coordinate multi-disciplinary technical inputs and ensure high-quality deliverables Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and providing confident guidance Offer clear, pragmatic advice on environmental planning and consenting issues Support day-to-day project management to ensure delivery on time and within budget Mentor and develop junior team members within a collaborative and supportive setting About You Strong track record in EIA delivery, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Excellent working knowledge of UK planning and consenting processes Confident communicator, client-facing and commercially aware Team-orientated, supportive and keen to share knowledge Ideally chartered, or working towards chartership Why Apply?
