1. Position: HGV Technician
2. Location: Northampton
3. Basic Salary: Up to £22.50 an hour
4. Overtime available + bonus incentives
5. Working Hours: 40 - 50 hours, early, late and night shift patterns available (flexible)

Responsibilities of a HGV Technician:
7. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a range of commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
8. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently using the latest tools and techniques.
9. Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety requirements.
10. Stay informed about industry updates, best practices, and technical advancements.
11. Engage in training and continuous professional development to enhance skills.
12. Provide guidance and support to trainees and junior team members.
13. Carry out tasks as assigned by supervisors or management to maintain workshop efficiency.
Requirements for this HGV Technician role:
14. Level 3 Qualified HGV Technician with a relevant certification.
15. Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial vehicles.
16. Own set of tools preferred, with support provided where needed.
17. Valid and clean driving license.
18. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
19. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
